• Following a brief attachment at St. Pauls Eye Unit, Liverpool UK she was the first Indian Ophthalmologist from India, to meritoriously secure and successfully complete dual Higher Speciality Training Cornea and Refractive Surgery Fellowships at the world renowned Moorfield’s Eye Hospital, London, UK.
• Dr Sanghamitra Burman has gained extensive experience in the field of Refractive Laser Vision Correction, Cataract Surgery, Ocular Surface and Corneal Transplant Surgery at Moorfield’s Eye Hospital in London, where she pursued Advanced Clinical and Surgical Fellowships between 2003 and 2006.
